Critical to the success of your company is to effectively assist the consumer through this period and keep them engaged in their program. Nationwide Support Services has developed a number of proven strategies to keep your consumer active, motivated, positive and engaged. In addition, these strategies ensure consumers are informed and educated along the way, so when they complete their program they will have achieved a greater level of financial literacy.

Consumer Support Programs

Consumer Program Guide: First impressions help build confidence with consumers that they've made the right decision in their approach to reducing their debt. Upon enrollment, each consumer receives a Welcome Packet which includes a detailed program guide fully disclosing all pertinent information about the program. It spells out in plain language what consumers can expect as they progress through the program, and provides all contact information to facilitate easy interaction with the Account Management Team.

New Enrollment Transition Team: Our New Enrollment Transition Team is a dedicated team of Account Managers assigned to specific consumers during their first 90 days of enrollment. Each member of this team receives individualized training for managing consumers during this first 90 days to ensure the highest level of service and response during this critical period of time immediately after enrollment.

Debt Education Center: Raising the consumer’s level of Financial Literacy is the key to a successful program. After consumers complete their first 90 days, they are assigned to one of our Debt Education Teams.

Online Education: In an effort to deliver the highest level of Financial Literacy possible, we’ve developed a suite of online tools to help consumers develop good habits around saving, budgeting and credit management; allowing them to stay committed to their program.

The Frugality Game™: The Frugality Game™ is an online, interactive "edu-tainment" game designed to take consumers through a detailed budget development and analysis process. The consumer is taught smart spending and savings habits through a series of tasks, games, and activities. By increasing the consumers financial literacy they’re able to rebuild their financial strength and have some fun along the way.
