The Settlement Advisor Representative (SAR) is responsible for all client accounts assigned to them. This includes all interaction with the client as dictated by NWS management.

The SAR position will be responsible for the performance of accounts assigned through the entirety of the program as the client’s program expert.

  • Resolve any customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • College Degree or comparable work experience.
  • Proven Account Management abilities.
  • Ability to be self directed and self motivated.
  • Professional communications skills including effective speaking, writing and listening.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Out of the box thinking and advocacy on behalf of customers.
