Enrollment verification

Once your client has approved all the paperwork, we will review and confirm that all documentation is accurate and complete. Nationwide will then Federal Express a “Welcome Packet” to your client with a copy of the approved contract, instructions for the program, and all the tools necessary for them to achieve success; including the proper handling of creditor calls and creditor correspondence.

 Compliance call

Three days after the “Welcome Packet” is received, we contact your client via telephone and review the contents of the welcome packet and the details of the program. This includes reviewing all disclosures that must be made upon enrollment into a debt settlement program. This proactive approach reassures your client that they have made the right decision, and reduces your drop out rates. Reviewing the program with your client provides you with the peace of mind that you are using compliant selling techniques and reducing your risk for complaints.

Administration of all client documents

Once your client is enrolled in the program, it is now Nationwide’s responsibility to service them. All mailed correspondence will be directed to Nationwide’s address, not yours. We’re paperless, so all documents received are scanned and linked to your client’s account. This ensures that when your client calls customer service, everything will be at our representative’s finger tips; providing a reassuring experience for your clients during every step of the debt settlement process.
